David Wilkinson - Chairman David has been involved with Oasis Medical Solutions since joining the Group as Chairman in December 2004. David works with a number of private companies on strategic and operational issues and advises private equity investors in relation to their portfolios. Until mid-2003 he was a partner of Deloitte & Touche in London and in his earlier career worked for a number of UK listed companies. David is a chartered accountant and holds an MA in economics

Sharon Boyes-Schiller - Managing Director Sharon has been the Managing Partner at Oasis Medical Solutions since January 2010, having been on the Board since September 2006. She has 28 years of experience in change management with organisations of all sizes, including both the US and German governments, and has lived in Europe for the past 15 years. Her approach to streamlining operations and introducing innovation is now focused on the NHS, having previously founded SkyScape Solutions in 2004 where she brought business profitability improvement to the high technology and service logistics sectors. Sharon holds an MBA, an MA in 20th Century Germany, a BA in Modern European History and speaks several European languages.

Richard Moxon - Sales Director
Richard joined Oasis Medical Solutions in October 2001 and has been working in Healthcare IT since 1995. During his early career, Richard led a team in the design and implementation of clinical systems, before moving into sales and account management. He joined the board of OMS in July 2007, taking responsibility for Business Development.

Patrick Fox - Non-Executive Director Patrick Fox is a director of Bridgepoint based in London. After graduating from Oxford University he worked for JP Morgan, Charterhouse and BNP Paribas. He also has senior management experience in the food manufacturing and engineering sectors. In addition to board seats with Virgin Active, Really Useful Theatre and Oasis Medical Solutions, Patrick is responsible for the Bridgepoint Affinity Purchasing Scheme ("BAPS") which provides procurement advice to portfolio companies.

Mike Singer - Non-Executive Director Mike has worked in the Healthcare industry since 1980. His experience covers Information Technology, PFI Hospital Build, Managed Services and NHS Financial Management. He is also a Director of Public Sector Costing Associates Limited, the leading supplier of Payment by Results solutions to the NHS, and advises NHS organisations on service provision and contract management.

Jo Wright - Non-Executive Director Jo has spent 25 years in the IT industry, operating both on the supply side, and as a customer. She led IBM's Public Sector business, before becoming the first Director General of Criminal Justice IT in the UK Government. Jo joined BT Syntegra as Managing Director for Global Health in 2004. She still works in BT, and remains passionate about the potential for IT to improve organisations, and to open up new possibilities for them.

Janet Collinson - Partner Janet joined Oasis Medical Solutions as an HR and Resourcing Manager in May 2007. She has 26 years experience in Human Resources working within industries such as Retail, B2B, Logistics, Non-Profit and Financial. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she holds a degree in Management Psychology and is currently completing her qualification in Business Coaching.

Zoe Ponzini - Partner Zoe joined Oasis Medical Solutions as Financial Controller in August 2007, and since January 2010 has been the Finance Director & Commercial Partner at OMS. Zoe has extensive experience of financial management in both privately owned and publicly listed companies, including five years at JPMorgan’s Investment Bank and four years at Transport for London. Zoe is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and holds a BA in Business Studies.
